Which payment methods are accepted?: Mastercard and Visa Credit cards are accepted and processed by our payment provider, Docdata Payments. Depending on your country, Maestro may also be accepted.
IDEAL bank payments are accepted in the Netherlands.
You may also pay by making a direct bank transfer, 1-2 days extra should be allowed for or until the amount clears in our bank account.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?: All orders are shipped by the next working day from our warehouse in Amsterdam, the European headquarters of the V Syndicate. We will ship your order with TNT postnl; economy shipping within the Netherlands and with international priority shipping for the rest of the world. Shipping is completely free for all grinder card orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location, below is a summary of shipping times per country. Netherlands: Normally next day delivery Europe zone 1: 2-5 days, generally the closer to the Netherlands the less time it takes. Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, UK and Sweden Europe zone 2: 3-8 days Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romaina, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic Rest of the world: 3-6 days for North America 4-10 days for Central and South America 4-15 days for Asia 5-18 days for Africa and rest of the world
Can I create my own custom grinder card?: Yes, you can create your own custom grinder for your own needs. We have many satisfied customers including coffeeshops, head shops, rolling paper brands, and also clothing and record companies. Our customers have used them for many purposes not limited to member cards, free gifts for events and promotions, business cards and of course as a great selling product. We have a team of designers who can assist you in creating your own custom grinder card, whether you have a complete design to produce or only a rough idea, we will assist you in creating a grinder card you are completely happy with.
